Dave Drummond
has a background in energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable "green" building practices and strategies. He
is EAS' energy supply lead for markets in the western United States (WSCC and ERCOT).
Mr. Drummond assists
residential, commercial and industrial clients in identifying and implementing both demand-side and supply-side energy opportunities.
He specializes in managing the financial, market and operational risks during the energy procurement process and has a hands-on
working knowledge of the political and regulatory environment affecting these markets (including CA, TX, OR, CO & MT).
Mr. Drummond
has extensive experience in both the regulated and unregulated side of the business and has worked as a competitive supplier,
a utility representative and a consultant to the industry. Mr. Drummond's background includes commodity sales, marketing program
development, customer service management, independent advisory services, engineering and construction project management.
He has experience analyzing a wide variety of energy optimization strategies (including onsite generation), developing a 500
MW combined-cycle merchant power plant project for a major independent power producer and overseeing the construction of a
major coal-fired power plant project.

Dan Hard
Team
Member
Dan Hard has extensive experience in energy regulation, deregulation, marketing and contract negotiations. He performed strategic planning for the formation of the non-regulated affiliate of
a major utility and the product portfolios and competitive strategies to ensure successful implementation of that Strategic
Plan.
Mr. Hard is intimately familiar with the current regulation and market conditions in the principal U.S. markets
as well as the underlying wholesale energy and transmission environments. He has experience in the development, evaluation
and implementation energy commodity and services contracts and the on-going review and analysis of the effectiveness of the
executed contract in achieving the anticipated benefits. He has conducted work process evaluations for power generation and
electric transmission facilities.
Mr. Hard
has provided and directed the preparation of a variety of position papers, internal reports, and testimony regarding energy
and deregulation issues. He has represented utilities and power marketers through
trade and industry groups and is experienced in position advocacy.

William J. "Bill" Murphy, P. E.
Team
Member
Mr.
Murphy has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. As the
manager of Power Contract for Arizona’s largest utility he oversaw the implementation and maintenance of the utilities largest retail and wholesale
customer contracts. He Chaired the Company’s Cogeneration and Totalization
Committees and was a member of Load Forecast Committee. As the Director of Public
Works and later as the Deputy Director of Metro Facilities and Energy Management for the City of Phoenix, Mr. Murphy managed seven million square feet of City Facilities and a $42 million energy budget. He was responsible for creating a 5-year budget forecast of City funds for the purpose of facility maintenance. As a subject matter expert and an independent energy consultant, Mr. Murphy provided
assistance to commercial, industrial and institutional energy users that included energy design, energy auditing, and expert
testimony on utility regulatory issues.

Denis Leonard, Ph. D
Team Member
Denis Leonard has experience
in management, engineering, training, auditing and consulting with expertise in quality improvement initiatives in the homebuilding
industry. A former Professor of Quality at the University
of Wisconsin, he has presented at the International Builder Show and
Benchmark conferences and published widely in such journals as the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management.
Denis
was responsible for developing and implementing an integrated quality, environmental, and safety management system for a Wisconsin based homebuilder. This earned the National Housing Quality
Gold Award 2006, Builder Certification, Innovative Housing Technology Award 2007, Safety Award for Excellence 2007, Energy
Value Housing Awards 2007 & 2008, and Professional Builder Magazines’ Builder of the Year 2008.
Denis
has been a member of the Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners and a Lead Judge on the National Housing Quality
Award. He is co-author of The Executive Guide to Understanding and Implementing
the Baldrige Criteria.
Denis’
work has involved Energy Star, Green Built and LEEDS certification projects. He has won Big
Builder Magazines 2007 APEX Award for Leadership and the ASQ’s Feigenbaum Medal. He
is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality with whom he is a Certified Quality Manager, Auditor and Six Sigma
Black Belt. Denis is a member of several boards including the U.S. (ANSI) Standards
Group for Quality Management and past Chair of the NAHBRC’s Quality Builder Council.

Penny
is the program coordinator for the Construction Engineering Technology (CET) and Masters of Construction Engineering Management
(MCEM) program in Civil Engineering at Montana State University (MSU). She has
been in the construction industry since 1988 and worked full-time in the construction industry while working on her academic
degrees. She has worked as a project engineer, project manager and business owner
before she joined the ranks of academicians at MSU in January 2000.
Penny
has extensive commercial construction experience from large manufacturing facilities to shopping centers as well as luxury
residential. Her areas of expertise are product specifications and sustainable
products. She subscribes to over 20 trade journals each month that deal with
building products and attends many seminars and building shows to stay up-to-date on product changes and improvements. She was building “green” in 1995 with her first insulated concrete form
home in Philipsburg,
Montana. The house was ahead of
its time by using the principals of thermal mass and density and since then, she’s built four more residential structures
using ICF’s and structural insulted panels (SIPS).
She
was the first women in the U.S. in 1997
to receive her CPC – Certified Professional Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors and is currently
finalizing her LEED accreditation.

Roger Kruckenberg

Roger
is a true Master Builder of centuries old. He has worked for a real estate developer
and as a construction field as a superintendent, project manager, vice president of operations and business owner of a successful
design-build construction firm. His projects included tenant improvements, shopping
malls, banks, medical facilities, destination resorts, hotels to luxury residential projects.
Roger’s
company was building “green” before “green” was even popular using the theories of thermal mass, density
and passive solar. He has worked in Montana, California, Arizona
and Hawaii and consulted on international projects for Japanese
and Chinese companies and other projects such as:

Since
moving back to Montana in January 2000, he has offered his
expansion construction experience as a consultant acting as the owner’s agent on various projects and offering his architectural
services as a master designer/builder. His unique educational background and
extensive field experience gives him the advantage to understand the design from the architect’s point-of-view and also
the ability to effectively cost out a project for price and quality without disrupting budgets and achieving the principals
of “green” into his projects.
Besides
being a master builder, Roger uses his architectural talents to sculpt bronze wildlife artwork. His life-size bobcat can be seen at Gallatin Field
Airport in Bozeman
jumping from the fireplace into mid-air. His wildlife art is featured in art
galleries in Big Sky, Livingston and North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park in Gardiner, Montana.

Victoria C. Drummond, AICP, LEED® AP
Team Member
A background in “green
building,” a Masters Degree in Environmental Planning and years of experience as
a planner, qualifies Victoria to offer environmental and planning services, which include energy conservation strategies,
sustainable building materials and practices as well as land use development and regulatory advocacy services. She is a past member of the US Green Building Council and is trained in LEED 2.2 New Construction.
As a land use planner for Gallatin County, Victoria
implemented the County’s Development Plan and Growth Policy in assisting builders and developers in going through the
regulatory process. She is currently a planner
for Montana State University in the Facilities Planning and Design Construction Department where she worked
with the campus community to develop a Long Range Campus Development Plan that will guide campus development into the future,
coordinates the Long Range Building Program, space management, facilities condition inventory and building utilization.
Victoria has conducted impact assessment studies on: watershed policy,
land use economics, resource management, space management and planning and development law.
She has developed and implemented training in the principles of land use planning, research and public document development. She has conducted market research to identify and qualify business opportunities as
part of a collaborative business plan development process.
As the onsite consultant at the APS Environmental Showcase Home, from 1995 through 1997,
she represented the utility-owned sustainable building demonstration project and:

Coordinated
site operations and supervised professional staffing and volunteers responsible for hosting public and target audience events.

Evaluated materials
and building systems in the development of a Green Building Resource Guide for Arizona’s
largest utility.

Performed market
analysis of commonly available and state-of-the-art materials, products, and systems and developed a cost comparison between
the conventional and environmental choices.

Collected local
market penetration data and recorded confirmed market transformation.
·
Developed scripts
for tours of the facility and gave educational and demonstrative presentations to the public and to industry.

Reported on
the company-sponsored environmental events and accomplishments as editor of the monthly marketing newsletter “ESH Action Update.”
An accomplished writer, Victoria authored and published “Urban Heat Island
Mitigation Strategies Determined From Urban Feature Analysis” and wrote the business plan and funding proposal procedures
for a founding non-profit organization. She authored grants for non-profits that
were successfully funded, authored two winning award applications for MSU to national industry associations (Society of Colleges
and University Planners, and APPA Educations Facilities Professionals), authored two successful citizen driven zoning districts
(Gallatin County), and was the Managing
Editor of Recycling Review ASU (Arizona
State University).
